JANGAN CECEK (SAYUR NANGKA MUDA)


Bahan:
½ kg nangka muda potong2
800 ml santan sedang kentalnya
2 cm lengkuas dimemarkan
3 lbr daun salam

Bumbu dihaluskan:
4 butir bawang merah
2 butir bawang putih
1 sdt ketumbar
¼ sdt merica
1 sdm garam
1 sdt gula

Cara membuat:
Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum lalu masukan lengkuas, daun salam dan santan masak sampai mendidih.
Terakhir masukan potongan nangka, aduk, masak sampai matang dan santan agak berkurang sedikit.
