SAYUR KLUWIH

Bahan:
1 buah kluwih, kupas, potong kecil (300 gr)
400 ml santan kental
3 lbr daun salam
2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
200 ml air

Bumbu diHaluskan:
4 buah bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
2 butir kemiri
½ sdt ketumbar
¼ sdt merica bubuk
1 sdm pres garam
1 sdt gula ( bisa dikurangin tergantung selera)

Cara membuat:
1. Rebus kluwih dengan air bersama bumbu halus, garam, daun salam, dan lengkuas, masak sampai matang.
2. Tambahkan santan kental sambil sekali-sekali diaduk.
3. Masak sampai matang. Angkat, sajikan.
