ISI DADAR

Bahan :
200 gr kelapa parut
150 gr nangka dipotong kecil
75 gr gula merah
50 gr gula pasir
1 sachet vanili
200 ml air
½ sdt garam
Cara membuat :
Taruh dalam wajan air, gula merah, gula pasir, vanili,, garam lalu masak sampai gula larut (jika perlu disaring dulu).
Setelah itu masak lagi diatas kompor bersama kelapa parut aduk, masak sampai air susut ( kering) .
Baru setelah itu masukan nangka aduk , Angkat, sisihkan..
