PINDANG PATIN PANGGANG

Bahan:
½ kg ikan patin potong
1 btg serai digeprek
4 lbr daun salam
5 mata asam jawa
Bumbu halus:
3 buah cabai merah keriting
3 butir bawang putih
4 butir bawang merah
4 butir kemiri
1 sdt ketumbar
1 sdt gula
1 /2 sdm garam
1 cm jahe
3 cm kunyit
2 cm laos
Vetsin secukupnya (kalo suka)
Cara membuat :
Tumis bumbu halus, serai, daun salam dan asam aduk lalu beri air 400 ml aduk. Masukan ikan sambil ditata lalu masak hingga asat. Angkat, sisihkan Panggang ikan diatas wajan teflon sambil dibolak balik supaya kedua sisi kecoklatan
