PINDANG ASAM PEDAS

Bahan :

½ kg ikan tongkol.potong tipis

2 lbr daun salam

10 cabe rawit dibelah 2

400 ml air asam jawa

 

Bumbu halus :

3 b utir bawang merah

3 butir bawang putih

2 butir kemiri

1 sdm garam

¼ sdt vetsin

1 sdm gula pasir 1 cm jahe

1 cm lengkuas

 

Cara Membuat :

Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum lalu masukan daun salam,air asan jawa,cabe rawit,adukaduk,terakhir masukan ikan,masak sampai ikan matang dan mendidih
